No. Program participants are independent referral and collaboration partners. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or legal-partnership authority, and partners cannot bind or make commitments for MWS.
Eligible work can include custom website strategy, design and development; branding and copywriting; SEO/GEO and AI-visibility services; and approved web-care or optimization engagements. NarraSEO subscriptions, taxes, media spend, domains, licenses, and other third-party or pass-through costs are excluded unless MWS approves otherwise in writing.
Yes. The partner portal is the source of record for submitted leads, accepted referrals, eligible payments, approved commissions, and payout status. Your MWS contact can help if a status needs clarification.
Yes. Paid ads and promotional content are allowed when they clearly name Mori Web Studios, identify you as an independent partner, include the required disclosure, and use your approved referral link or Refer a Lead form. Custom offers, unapproved claims, misleading advertising, spam, and branded-search campaigns require written approval.
